• (*) When it is possible to shipping out at a reduced rate, we optimize the shipping costs.

• We are shipping worldwide. When you land is not in the list, please make a request of the shipping costs. Thanks.

delivery period:

• The shipment will take place inbetween 2 workdays (monday-friday, holidays excluded) after the payment is received.

• The estimated delivery period depends on several parameters, like delivery address, mode of shipment, etc. To calculate the estimated delivery period we add the duration of the bank transfer and the regular shipping time by our carrier. Please take account of the addition of weekends and holidays.

• The shipment of your order is carried out by Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD.

• You can see the estimated delivery period on the last page of your order.

payment:

• We offer 2 payment kinds to you:
  • Advanced payment by banktransfer (IBAN and BIC), you get the invoice in the space of 24 hours after your order.
  • Paypal: plus 1,9% Paypalfees of value of goods. For orders outside the EU plus 2,9% Paypalfees of value of goods. You get the invoice or request of payment in the space of 24 hours after your order from us.
